Dr. VanPelt

Dr. VanPelt has been a dedicated spine surgeon in the Upstate since 2006, when he joined Piedmont Orthopaedic Associates. With expertise in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar surgeries, he specializes in minimally invasive and motion-sparing techniques, offering many procedures at an ambulatory surgery center. Originally from West Virginia, he has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys Italian cuisine. When he's not in operating room, you can find him cycling through the Upstate or traveling the world with his wife, Michelle, also a physician in Greenville.
